The Island Fish Company – Marathon, Florida

The Island Fish Company was our first place for dinner when we arrived in Marathon, Florida.  It was another spot highly recommended by the White Sands Inn – and they were right, again!

Loved our table on the deck overlooking the ocean.  Great ambience!  We had had a big lunch and weren’t all that hungry so we had appetizers which were wonderful!

If a conventional restaurant with the nautical ambience of the Keys is what you’re looking for, this could be the spot. There was seating both indoors and out. The service was personable and professional. The menu reflected a wide range of items that I think would cover most palates. The wine list was more than adequate and, of course, tropical themed drinks abounded – complete with the requisite tiki bar!
